goto file exploer and open up your c drive. look for programs (x86) double click look for steam. then look for steam apps double click on that. double click on the folder that says "common". double click on the GTA IV folder then it will split in to GTA IV and INSTALLERS. double click on GTA IV folder. create a text document with the headline

Removemodded game files. Go to the library and find GTA Trilogy, or Directly go to the installation directory of the game. Right click on it and then manage and then browse local files. Right-click on the .exe file and select Properties from the context menu. Now check disable full-screen optimization.
